Efanz angry customet

Efanz is an ISP provider in Omaha Nebraska and they tout their high speed. That couldn't be farther from the truth. They are horrible at customer service and truly lie about their services. I have had my account hacked multiple times and can't even get a reply. I have found suspicious certificates showing up on my mobile phone and IP addresses that have had proxy servers on multiple occasions. They are horrible. My computer speed is extremely slow and freezes all the time at least 10 times a day. I have had the companies come out to my home on several different occasions and the entire bills they have sent me to repair what was internal issues..is a two thousand dollar bill. Ridiculous

ISP Supplies; Incompetent, Endless Excuses

ISP SUPPLIES of Texas supplies wireless, Internet parts, items that it sell on line. I ordered two items, got an email an hour later said it was back ordered. A few minutes after that email, I got another from them with nothing but "never mind" on it. I received no other communication other than it was "approved" order. The online order form showed "pending full filment" which they don't explain. I sent an email on 7th asking if they shipped it....no reply. I called on the 9th...and he said he would send me the tracking number...never sent it. Called on the 11th, no tracking number, more excuses, now I see my online order has been "closed"....Called said it was a problem with the systems...and he would correct it and send the tracking number....nothing...called him....more excuses. He actually mention..."didn't you call before ?" Yeh, and just like before, you sent me nothing!

I was the original person who posted this complaint and have been contacted by the new owner. He has indicated that he is very sorry for his employees behavior and that employee responsible for this behavior is no longer there.

If this is the only complaint for this company, then I would give them a chance, try them. He seem quite apologetic and sincere in his apology.

I would remove the posting, but don't see any way to do so. Take Care.
